Problem Solving and Innovation
(20 people maximum)

In this two-day workshop, you will learn a specific model and method to solve problems more creatively and innovate more effectively. The time-tested model incorporates:

  • Challenge Clarification: Clarify the challenge at hand; it is a critical first step to innovating and problem solving.
  • Solution Generation: Generate many solutions or innovations and narrow them down after the challenge is identified.
  • Divergent and Convergent Thinking: Use creative and analytical thinking processes throughout the process.
  • Implementation: Implement solution(s) and create and action plan.

During this workshop, participants will get hands-on experience working with real challenges they face. They will also use a number of different tools to enable them to "break out of the box." At the conclusion of the workshop, they will have specific solutions and plans to implement them.
